Butchery Masterclasses with F Doncaster Ltd
From preparing your own Tomahawk steak at one of our summer masterclasses to creating your own three bird roast at Christmas, our masterclass days cover an array of modern and traditional butchery methods at the highest standard. From marinating to sausage making to stuffing and rolling, you will learn a wide range of rudimentary skills and will gain insight into this highly skilled profession. Classes are relaxed and you are encouraged to ask questions to expand your knowledge, this is your chance to find out everything you wanted to know and more!
Once a month on a Sunday, we host themed butchery masterclasses. Starting at 8:45am at our Newark shop, and finishing at approximately 3:00pm. It includes breakfast and a buffet lunch. You will also receive an embroidered F Doncasters apron and boning knife which will be yours to take home.
You will learn basic butchery and additional skills such as stringing, sausage making and stuffing. ALL the meat you prepare during the day is yours to take home in an F Doncasters hessian bag. Masterclasses are seasonal from Christmas, to game, to BBQs.
