Additional information
How we protect your data
We ensure that your data is protected through the website by utilising HTTPS communication between the server and any devices that connect to the site.
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Stripe’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Stripe are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Stripe’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We utilise a firewall to protect logins to the website. This automatically blocks IP addresses that fail to log into the website after a number of failed login attempts. We are also notified upon any successful logins by website administrators.
